The 5th Annual International PhD Student Conference (CAIED) offers you the opportunity to present your research progress in poster or oral format, in either English or Spanish. All accepted abstracts will be published in the “Book of Abstracts” by the Editorial Electrónica of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, which will have an ISBN. Additionally, new this year, presentations will be recorded and made available on the UMH YouTube channel.

Who can participate?
The conference is open to any PhD student from any university.

How to submit your contribution:

1. Prepare your abstract: include title, authors, affiliation, and a brief description of your research.
2. Choose the format: if you are presenting your research plan or thesis idea, you may only submit a poster. For other topics, you can choose between oral or poster formats.
3. Submit it: go to the registration section and complete the form.

For oral presentations: submit your abstract by November 24, 2024.
For posters: you have until December 8, 2024 to submit your abstract.

The conference organizers reserve the right to make or propose changes to the presentation format of contributions.
